Project 2



I felt like a change of pace from what i did last time, so when i was told the project was to be a drum and bass line, funk felt like the way to go. i found a couple of funky drum loops that i liked, and put them to the pattern system. after that, i took the boobass channel(excellant funky sound) and started messing around. i was actually rather surprised at how quickly i found a pattern i liked, especially with the note aspect added in. but that also became a very nice loop in only a few bars. i hope you like it too.

    I liked it. It could use an ending though don't you think? Also, consider using the piano roll function to enter in your note data. That way you can control the duration of the notes. In this loop, there were no short notes.

    I really like this one. I like the funky feel of the bass and the drum loops really sound nice added underneath it. I like how in the first pattern as the bass line goes up in pitch the drum loop works its way up to a hi hat, and as the bass line goes down so do the drums.
